Ordering Instructions
- Go to www.globalschoolwear.com
- In the FIND YOUR SCHOOL section, please enter either your Partner School Code GILB01 or search by school name. Please also select your student’s grade, gender, and program type.
- The website will automatically apply logo requirements (or options) as determined by your school’s administrative team.
- Once you have identified a product for purchase, select your color, size, logo (if applicable), and quantity. After clicking “Add to Cart”, the items will be added to your shopping cart, and you will be prompted to either Continue Shopping or Checkout Now.
- If you have questions about sizing, click on the Size Chart link. If you still have questions after using our Size Chart, please call the toll-free customer service number below; our customer service team will be happy to assist.
- Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the ship date and tracking information.
Please allow 10-12 business days from the time your order is placed for it to be delivered. - Your order history will be stored in your account, and you can come back to the website anytime, 24/7, to place additional orders.

Gilbert Classical Academy: UNIFORM POLICY
All uniforms must be clean and in good repair. Black polo (no logo) or dress shirts are reserved for Seniors only. The following items are what you CAN wear to school. Anything not on this list is considered out of uniform.
Uniform Components
- Uniform/light Khaki pants, shorts, skirts, or skorts, NO brown/dark khaki permitted.
- GCA Plaid skirts within 2” from the top of the kneecap
- Skirts/Shorts must be within 2” from the top of the kneecap
- Pockets must be internally sewn
- Shirts can be white, purple, or yellow (Yellow and purple shirts must be purchased through Global School Wear)
- Polo shirts must have 2 – 4 buttons (GCA logos only)
- Oxfords must be purchased through Global School Wear
- Belts must be solid brown or black
- Pants must be straight-leg style
- White undershirts only
Outerwear
- Jackets, Sweaters, and Sweatshirts must be solid in color- white/black/grey/purple (GCA logos only)
- Shoes should be solid white/grey/black/brown/purple
- Shoes must be closed-toe, in good repair, and fit at or below the ankle. Sneakers are acceptable as long as 95% of the shoe is solid white, black, purple, or brown.
- Boots are not permitted.
- Socks must be solid tan, brown, white, black, or purple
- Backpacks must be black and protect the Chromebook.
- Backpack adornments must not distract from the learning environment
- ID Badge must be visible on a lanyard around the neck at all times while on campus.
Jewelry / Hats
- Piercings are allowed in ears only (No more than two)
- Earrings must be one piece (no gauges, chain, or bars)
- Earrings may be no longer than 1”
- One ring per hand
- One watch
- One bracelet (no thicker than 1”)
- One conservative necklace
- GCA-approved baseball caps are allowed outside the classrooms (GCA Logo or GCA Team hat)
- Winter scarves and knit caps are allowed outside the classroom - black/tan/brown/white/purple.
- Lanyards may be a solid color, have GCA logos, or represent a favorite college or university.
Hair
- Natural shade in color
- Headbands/tiebacks/clips must be black/brown/purple/GCA plaid/white/yellow
- The style must not disrupt the educational setting (no mohawks or spikes)
- Facial hair must be neatly groomed and mustaches should not extend past the corners of the mouth. Beards and goatees must be neatly groomed at all times.
Make-up
- Must be natural in appearance
- Nail polish can be French manicured, shades of purple, blue, red, white, or conservative pastels, and must not exceed ¼ inch beyond the tip of the finger in length.
Consequences
- 1st & 2nd Violation- Call home, sign offense book, carry pass for the rest of the day.
- 3rd Violation- Call home, sign the offense book, and correct the violation before returning to class. Attend one Saturday School.
- The administration has the final say on uniform violations.

Items on this list are only some of the choices that will have you miss class time to correct the problems before returning to class.
Female Student violations
- Brown/dark khaki, jean style pants (exterior pockets), tight-fitting, jeggings. Rolled-up skirts, shorts, and pants.
- Plaid skirts with a non-GCA pattern
- Skirts/Shorts that are more than 2” above the top of the kneecap
- Purple or yellow purchased at Old Navy or other non-uniform stores
- Polo shirts with any non-GCA logo
- Tight form-fitting pants, shorts, jeggings, and skirts.
Male Student violations
- Brown/dark khaki, jean style pants (exterior pockets), tight-fitting. Rolled-up shorts and pant legs.
- Shorts more than 2” above the top of the kneecap
- Jeans with exterior pockets
- Purple or yellow purchased at Old Navy or other non-uniform stores
- Polo shirts with any non-GCA logo
- Attending school without wearing a belt
- Any belt that is not black or brown
- Tight, form-fitting pants and shorts
All Students
Outerwear violations
- Sweaters and Sweatshirts with a non-GCA logo, blue, not a solid color, contain a huge white stripe across the middle.
- Checkered shoes, blue shoes, or any color except black, white, purple, or shades of brown.
- Open-toed shoes, sandals, Crocs, and flip-flops
- Boots are not permitted.
- Any sock color other than solid tan, brown, white, black, or purple. Striped socks and printed socks are violations except for Wednesdays.
- Backpacks with any color other than black.
- Multiple buttons, pins, or other distractions.
Jewelry / Hats violations
- Piercings in the nose, eyes, and more than once in the ear.
- Gauges, chains, or bars
- Earrings longer than 1.”
- More than one ring per hand
- More than one watch
- More than one bracelet (no thicker than 1”)
- Multiple distracting necklaces
- Any hat from outside GCA. Wearing a hat inside a building.
- Winter scarves and knit caps in colors other than black/tan/brown/white/purple. Wearing them inside a building.
Hair violations
- Colored any shade outside of a natural color.
- Headbands/tiebacks/clips outside of school colors.
- Mohawks or spikes.
- Facial hair that is unkempt and scruffy.
Make-up violations
- It is obvious you are wearing makeup.
- Nails that extend more than ¼ inch beyond the tip of the nail.
The consequence for these and other violations
- 1st & 2nd Violation- Call home, sign offense book, carry pass for the rest of the day.
- 3rd Violation- Call home, sign the offense book, and correct the violation before returning to class. Attend one Saturday School.
- The administration has the final say on uniform violations.
