Student arrival time is at TBA. Students need to be in their caps and gowns at TBA.

Group Picture Location: Choir Room, next to the auditorium.

  • TBA - Find assigned seats, practice lining up, walking across the stage, getting a picture, and returning to your seats.
    Posed grip and grin pictures start time: TBA.
  • TBA - Teachers arrive. Practice processional, seating, speeches, procedures, and recessional with all staff and students.
  • TBA - Go to the GHS Cafeteria for pre-graduation snack.

Student please arrive with you cap and gown by TBA. Students will meet in the lobby and line up alphabetically for entrance at TBA. Your fellow seniors will be playing the prelude.

The Baccalaureate Ceremony is a motivational, encouraging ceremony with some spiritual aspects. Our advanced vocals will share some moving songs. Speakers consist of your senior consul and a teacher. A pastor will share some wisdom and send you off with a prayer. We will share some cake and lemonade and get the traditional graduate 'jump' picture. It is a good together moment and a precursor to graduation.

The GHS Auditorium is near the west entrance of the school. Park in the west parking lot. The entrance is northeast of the three flagpoles. No tickets are required.

Doors open at 6 pm and the processional begins at 6:30 pm.
